Why Capy Direct Exists
After 17 years running my own SaaS company, I learned how hard it is to find reliable, startup-fluent help. I tried hiring in the Philippines, but the time difference made real-time collaboration difficult. Finding good candidates on my own took months of trial and error.
In 2010, I moved to Colombia and discovered how much untapped talent lives here. I met bilingual professionals who work fast, understand U.S. culture, and operate in the same time zone. Over the years, I've built local connections and developed a strong sense for spotting people who thrive in founder-led startups.
